BSI ball retainer bushes can be constructed using different types of materials, such as copper, aluminium or plastic (POM). The steel ball bearings are retained and arranged inside the structure, in different quantities and arrays, thereby creating two different types of distinct bushes: aligned and spiral.

Thanks to their low friction coefficient, long life and high precision, BSI ball retainer bushes can be largely used in machine tools requiring high performance in terms of precision and which work in high-speed conditions, thereby guaranteeing both rotational and vertical motion.

BSI ball retainer bushes have a loading capacity of 30 N/mm2 and a maximum sliding speed of 6 m/s.


BSI ball retainer bushes are mainly used in the following sectors:
* cold perforation machines;
* high precision machine tools;
* etc.
