DESCRIPTION
ISB drawn cup roller clutches are comprised of a thin-walled outer ring and various clamping elements (needle rollers) that are held in place and guided by springs. Their main feature is their minimal radial dimensions.
ADVANTAGES
The first lubrication is usually sufficient for the entire life of the drawn cup roller clutch; if additional greasing becomes necessary, this can be done without any problem.
SPECIAL TECHINCAL FEATURES
The springs holding the needle rollers in place can be made from plastic or steel. If they are in plastic, they have a more limited operating temperature, between -10°C and +60°C, whereas if they are in steel, the operating temperature can range from -10°C to +80°C.
