Subject: Information to customers and suppliers issued by Italcuscinetti S.p.A. a single shareholder
pursuant to art. 13 of the 2016/679 European Regulation
This information is prepared and issued pursuant to art. 13 of the 2016/679 European Regulation (also called in
followed simply by the European Regulation), which introduced significant regulatory changes.
This information therefore updates and replaces any previous versions released before now.
That said, it should be noted that:
1) as a result of the establishment of the commercial relationship and during the course of the same, our company will
will find to collect and process your personal data;
2) for the sake of clarity we specify the following definitions given by the aforementioned European Regulation:
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("interested party"); Yes

Pursuant to Article 13 of the 2016/679 European Regulation, therefore,
we inform you
that the collection and processing of your personal data will be carried out by the writing company in accordance with the following:
a) purpose: the data will be processed for the correct performance of accounting, tax, commercial, technical and for
all company activities in general inherent to the existing relationship;
b) advertising purposes: the data may be used, subject to your specific and explicit consent, also for sending
advertising material / communications by post, e-mail, fax, sms and similar; after giving consent, is
in any case, your right to object, at any time and without charge, to the processing of your data for this purpose;
c) methods: the data will be processed both with paper and electronic / computer / telematic tools / supports, in full
compliance with the law, according to principles of lawfulness and correctness and in order to protect your confidentiality;
d) optional provision: the provision of data is optional and not mandatory;
e) consequences of any refusal: the refusal to provide data or the complete opposition to their treatment, may
however, make it impossible to continue any commercial or any other relationship with ours
agency; the refusal to use the data for sending advertising material / communications, will not have any
consequence on present or future existing relationships;
f) subjects or categories of subjects (recipients) to whom the data may be communicated or disseminated: the data may
be disclosed to third parties only to fulfill legal or contractual obligations. The data will not be in anyone
widespread case;
g) persons authorized to process: the data will be processed exclusively by company employees in the sector
administrative and commercial, specifically authorized;
h) automated decision-making processes (e.g. profiling): decision-making processes are in no way managed
automated;
i) rights of the interested party: you enjoy all the rights enshrined in the European Regulation, such as the right to request access to
personal data and their rectification, cancellation of the same, limitation of processing, the right to oppose them
treatment, in addition to the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;
j) transfers to third countries: any transfers of personal data to a third country outside the Union
European Union or to an international organization will take place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the Commission or, in the case of transfers referred to in articles 46, 47 or 49, second paragraph, of the European Regulation, on the basis of
appropriate and opportune guarantees;
k) data retention period: the data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to deal with the
requests from the interested party or according to the provisions of current regulations or any contractual clauses;
l) owner: the data controller is Italcuscinetti S.p.A. in Socio Unico, with registered office in Rubiera (RE), Via Caponnetto n. 15,
in the person of the legal representative pro tempore;
m) data protection officer / data protection officer: the data protection officer is Dr. Juri
Torreggiani, with a studio located in Reggio Emilia, Via Piccard n. 16 / G, tel. 0522 / 30.11.69, fax 0522 / 38.79.96: any of his
request for clarification or information can be addressed to this manager on the company website and / or on
suitable paper document kept at the registered office.
