HIGH LEVEL PERFORMANCES
The sintered bronze bushings represent a product with specific and special characteristics: they are made of bronze powder compacted in high pressure conditions and treated at high temperature. Once the sintering process has given a shape to the powder, the bush is then calibrated to ensure close dimensional and shape tolerances. Subsequently, bushings are impregnated with special lubricating oil that fill open material porosity.
The result of this process, belonging the interesting powder metallurgy world, is a product with special characteristics, suitable for high sliding speeds, low loads and high precision applications, especially for low or absent lubrication operating conditions.
