ISB slewing bearings for rotation precision in the YRT standard series are comprised of three rows of crossed rollers, two of which accommodate axial loads and the other radial ones, housed in bronze cages. They are manufactured according to market standards and are constructed entirely in 100Cr6 through hardened steel; all inner and outer surfaces are finely ground to achieve micrometric rotation precision. The preloaded, triple roller row construction is comprised of three rings, one of which is an outer monolithic ring and two of which form the inner ring, bound together with screws. A very deep outer and inner fixing hole is used for coupling, with extremely precise centring diameters. The YRTS and ZKLDF series allow very high speeds.

SPECIAL TECHINCAL FEATURES

This allows the three row structure to counter-balance a high number of tilting moments, with micrometric deflection.
