Mrs. Ridolfi (founder of DSC), can you tell us about your company business?
DSC (Division Service Couronnes) has specialized in the marketing of slewing bearings since 1988. Thanks to its know-how and experience of more than 25 years, DSC has made its mark on the rotative market. We are closely involved in building applications and civil engineering, our areas of intervention extend from large groups to the smallest companies equipped with tools for public works. We are capable to offer slewing rings of all types and brands; from the best known brands to interchangeable ones; from the oldest to the most recent and technologically advanced. DSC is also present in the industrial sector, intervening throughout the most varied applications, such as robotics, wind turbines, railways, carousels, special machines, packaging machines, bottling machines, etc.
What is your flagship product?
The slewing bearing is DSC’s main product and, thanks to partnerships with the major end users on the market, we are able to supply, as far as the aftermarket is concerned, both adaptable and original parts. DSC also offers the repair (or reconditioning) service of the slewing bearing. Thanks to a long collaboration with high-level international partnerships, we are able to propose the best solutions that allow us to solve almost 100% of cases. The company also offers a wide range of steering rings that are used in numerous industrial fields, specifically in applications such as agricultural trailers, sprinklers, airport trolleys etc.In addition, during the last years, due to the increasing demand, DSC became able to offer motorized slewing rings for several applications such as robotics and solar trackers.
When and why did the partnership with ISB begin?
The partnership between the DSC and ISB has existed since 2016; the choice of our company to work with the Green Brand is due to the fact that ISB is able to offer the best solutions to its customers; this is very important, because it allows us to range and diversify the supplies to satisfy and embrace different targets of customer. What are your plans for the future?
DSC’s main target is to develop the markets of industrial sectors by offering more and more motorised slewing rings. In addition, our goal is to develop exports. Despite the difficulties associated with an unstable geopolitical scenario and the current socio-economic situation, DSC remains optimistic and determined to achieve its goals and reach further developments. After all, who can claim to know the future?
