Mr Heraut, company owner, would you please tell us what your company does?
France Transmission Service was founded in 1994 and has been a model in the rotary
sector and industrial power transmission in the south of France for the last 30 years. The
company supplies industrial components and power transmission such as chains and
transmission belts, providing solutions and technical support. Thanks to the opening of numerous stores and the partnership with “Tima”, which started in 2018, we can now count on seven
branches in the Rhône-Alpes region and in the Bourgogne region. Our goal is to assist customers to develop their activities through the support of our group of technicians/sellers, also thanks to
the large stock availability we have.
What is your flagship product?
Our best-selling product is the bearing: from the smallest ball bearing for rollers to the largest
roller bearing for horizontal directional drilling machines. France Transmission Service provides as well all types of roller bearings, self-aligning bearing units, ball bearings, self-lubricated bearings,
accessories, sleeves and washers. We are loyal suppliers to a large customer base, including manufacturers, distributors and authorised repairers. Our customers are very demanding, which is why being able to rely on a wide range of quality products, a large stock availability and fast service is essential.
When and why did the partnership with ISB start?
When we founded our company, we also started looking for a partner that would allow the introduction of a brand with top quality products and a large stock availability. What are your plans for the future?
