The ISB Service project, launched in 2013 with the opening of the first Green Brand store, is the winning strategy for guaranteeing full customer satisfaction, and also constitutes a significant success for ISB Group image on local areas. The fundamental cornerstones for mutual success

are: trust in the product and an unmatched range, exclusive customised and quick service; being able to count on large stock availability – thanks to its recent investments ISB has the largest bearing and components warehouse in Italy, the 3rd in Europe; preand after-sales technical support; technical courses for customers; refresher courses for the sales force; premiere presentations (see InAction n° 27). Moreover, ISB advertising campaign has always supported the distribution network sales activity. Since 2013 there are increasingly more authorised dealers displaying the Green Brand across the national territory, bearing witness to the trust in the brand and its pillars: 100% Quality – Stock- Range – Service.

Last year two new  companies joined this big “family”: F.I.R. – ISB Service Ravenna and Special Bearings – ISB Service Reggio Emilia.
