Zumex Group is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of fruit and vegetable juicing and processing solutions, both for professional and industrial use. For over 40 years, we have developed proprietary technologies focused on innovation, efficiency, and freshness, with the goal of transforming the way people consume juice and natural products. Our solutions are present in more than 100 countries and are used across a wide range of sectors, including retail, hospitality, foodservice, healthy eating, and the agri-food industry.
What is your flagship product?
Currently, our flagship product is the Zitrux range, our new generation of automatic juicers for the professional sector that clean and disinfect themselves. The Zumex Zitrux line maximizes hygiene effortlessly thanks to a program developed for intermediate cleaning and another for thorough disinfection of the entire juicing system.
These juicers are designed to save both time and money. When comparing performance figures with other similar solutions, the savings are clear: over €10,000 per year in cleaning and water costs.
The Zitrux juicers are connected machines. Through an exclusive technology called Zumex Connect, users can access key data, such as the real-time status of the entire machine fleet, the exact amount of juice produced, or the precise time of the last cleaning. All these reports are essential for health inspections.
